Most recently, Ms. Madiha held the position of Deputy Manager – Private Sector Engagement at a prominent local NGO from July 2022 to June 2025. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in designing and implementing the organization’s communication framework, while fostering and managing partnerships with private sector entities, donor agencies, financial institutions, and key stakeholders. The organization is committed to advancing education, youth development, and the welfare of underprivileged children and women—missions that strongly align with Ms. Madiha’s values.

Prior to her tenure in the development sector, Ms. Madiha held several leadership positions in the corporate communications and marketing domain. She led impactful brand-building initiatives, directed integrated marketing campaigns, and successfully drove cross-sector collaborations that significantly contributed to organizational growth and brand equity.

Ms. Madiha possesses deep expertise in strategic communication planning, content and digital marketing, media relations, and corporate partnership development.
